Shertografy Policy
- A 50% nonrefundable security deposit is required to book and must be paid at least 7 days in advance. Exceptions will be made for shoots booked during the same week, however payment in for shoots booked within 2 days of appointment. Client may pay in full 7 days before or remaining balance for the shoot is due by the end of the shoot.
- All bookings fees and deposits are nonrefundable. The photographer will determine if rescheduling needs to be done based on the weather hours or the day before the shoot. If the photographer cancels due to weather, a new rescheduled time will be discussed. Refunds are given on a case by case scenario.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling. Client can cancel or reschedule their shoot before submitting their deposit either by telling Shertografy or cancelling via the customer panel on the Payment page.
- All credit card, debit card, and payments made using the Stripe platform are nonrefundable unless Shertografy approves a refund. Refunds, chargebacks, or claims made for payment made using these options will be refunded via bank transfer or Cashapp less processing fees, ONLY if Shertografy is unable to service the appointment time or offer alternative solutions. Refunds for payments outside Stripe platform will not incur a service fee.
- If you decide you must reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment a $10 rescheduling fee will apply and must be paid before the next rebooked time.
- Late fee: A $15 late fee will be assessed for every 10 minutes that a client is not present (does not apply to studio). Depending on the time, a client may not receive the full hour of shooting if late. (i.e. 50min not 60min).
- If we go over the scheduled time, the client will be charged $25 per each 15 minute segment. (i.e. 5:05pm = $25, 5:36pm= $75)
- Unedited proofs/raw, will not be released without an additional fee (varies by amount of photos and shoot type). When you book Shertografy you are supporting her work, style, and commitment to quality.
- I, potential client, understand fully the costs and what is included in the packages listed above. I also understand that I may be subject to fees and package add-ons which can result in an increase of the initial agreed upon price. I understand that payment of these extra fees and package add-ons are due before I receive the unedited proofs and edited images.
